quick question, im unclear on what those stats mean, 0/50/-80. is that bonus, negative to hit at ranges? i.e. 0 bonus at point blank, +50 at ideal range, and -80 at max range?

thats what i thought but that doesn't make sense since rifles have that and they SUCK point blank

This is something I'd like to know too. The numbers don't seem to match up with anything I see happening in game.
