So, I've been crafting along by my lonesome when I started negotiations with an architect. I need a factory and he makes it. The costs are quite high but I can manage it. However, since we are quite far apart from each other, I thought it would be nice if I could put my money and minerals in escrow with a time limit of say... 7 days. When the architect delivers my factory Deed to the escrow service, he gets his money/minerals and I get my Deed. Plus, this should be able to occur on an interplanetary basis. So what do you think?

I think that sounds good. You can also have a "reverse bazaar" you place money for an item you want, and a crafter can "buy" the money with the item you asked for.
