Thread: Harvester Basics Need info

I built my first harvester, but did not have the fuel/energy or the like to deposit. Everything else seems self explanitory, but what is used to deposit for the engergy source?

Power from a Windmill. place a windmill and after it has opperated for a few hours remove the supply from the hopper. Then on the harvestor go to deposit power and place the energy there.

In a pinch, you can go and /sample some radioactive minerals. In fact, once you do that, you should be able to setup your harvester to harvest the same radioactive mineral for a while, then keep feeding it back in and building up your stockpile of energy. Then switch to the mineral you want to harvest and use your stockpile. I don't know how efficient this is (in terms of overall credits per resource actually produced) but it should work.
