I play on wanderhome, and after todays patch resources are once again changed! Is the across all galaxies or are resource changes random?

Seemed fine this morning on Ahazi - naboo


The resouces all shifted yesterday morning (july 8) and i spend 4-6 hours last night resetting my harvestors..ugh. when i logged on this morning (with my fingers crossed!!) there was NO resource change...so far so good...(knock on wood!).
