If you have a good scout friend, and a lot of resources, do what i did, make bone bp's. I, honestly, just didnt have the patience to make 15 million power ups when i could make something like 16 or 20 bps. I also made a buncha travelpacks cause I had a lot of resources. Travelpacks give about 150 xp and the bone bps give a total of about 600 including the 3 fiberpanels and 1 bone armor segment.
