cant find skill tapes for artisan!!! who makes them master taliors??? only see 5-5-1 for artiteches!

Skill Tapes are Looted not made. You can place them in Clothing with Sockets. max socket per clothing item is 4.

Do not put more then one 'Clothing Attachment' into any one piece of clothing.

If it has a BE Enhancement do not add a attachment with the same type of modifier.

There is a SEAS Guide on how to apply Clothing and Armor Attachments.

Also Max Total Clothing Modifier is +25

So a Shirt with a +15 and Pants with +15 still will only give +25 to skill.

Im a master Artisan (human) can only get 11 points exp???

You will need skill tapes to get more experimentation points.
With +25 tapes, you'll be a 14pt artisan.
