Thread: control units quality

wondering what the highest quality other are getting on control units. I can hit for 92% and get a quality of 4 and then hit for 95% and still have quality of 4, Is 4 the cap?

100% should be quality 5. But, a 95% 4 is better than a 90% 4, as there are hidden decimal places in there that don't show on examine, but WILL make a difference in the final product. (assuming the final product benefits from experimentation).
