how do i get the schematic for the X-31

- I support the proper use of common sense when it comes to re-developing games which are nearly two years into their tenure...evidently this sentiment is not shared by those that finance this game.

X-31 is not craftable, these are the slower versions of a X-34 that all new chars get in their inventory now.

Basically it is just a free starter vehicle.

They dont get it in the inventory, they need to do the starter quest for it
