Yes, but it requires using a factory.
They still come out one at a time, but you can just sit and wait until they're done.
They also come conveniently packaged in factory crates.

well yes they can be pricey, and you do need a lot to place them on. also keep in mind that if you're crafting for experience, to earn more skills, items you make in factories don't count, only handcrafted ones do.

And a useful tip if you're making a bunch of items for xp:
The "countdown" timer on your tool (while you're waiting for it to finish) only applies to that particular tool. If you had two crafting tools, you can start crafting in the second while the first is counting down. This doesn't save on the amount of clicking you need to do (you still go through two separate crafting sessions), but it does reduce the wait time. If you really get into the flow of things, you can have at least 4-5 different tools going at once.

I usually have 5, put them in the button bar, and go to town.
Yes it takes forever, but when the timing is right I can usually get to tool # 5just as# 1 is finished counting down.
Just make sure you have room in your backpack, or set to practice mode.

If you're grinding for XP, ALWAYS set to practice mode to get the XP bonus.
