the parts you need are on the corvette mission, and its random on if the parts are there. Also since the cu its harder up there now so power plants are going up in value, good luck

You need a Jedi to loot a powerplant schem for you. They use force cloak or some such. To them it is much easier post CU.

there are placed normal players who arent jedi cant go. like the death watch bunker or the corvette lol.
AV-21 schem is not looted...you recieve when a corvette mission is completed by the NPC that gave that specific quest...there are 9. the schem is a one time use
3 imp; destroy, assasin, rescue
3 neutral; destroy, assasin, rescue
3 rebel destroy;, assasin, rescue
