yes they do i sold 2 on the weekend.
and with the upcoming patch where people can own up to 3 vehicles there should be another mini boom of people buying.

You may find that it's not worth selling them though. I often find people expecting me to charge less than the resources would make if i sold them raw. Still, I like to be able to make them for myself and my friends, but bear in mind it's not necessarily the quickest or easiest way to get rich. (I am still trying to work out what is!

harvesting resources?
seems pretty quick to me.. can do it solo, unlike most high end missions..
got from novice artisan to completing Survey IV in about 12hrs.. just left it running.. bit lame really.. shame theres no specific mining class, or any gains to be had for "attended" macroing
..
making progress in artisan too, and can now build my own personal harvesters.. definately the way to go as far as i can see for money..

They will sell even better once the shuttleport exploit is fixed

the short answer is no not really right now cause of the shuttle port exploit, but come patch day I expect big sales on the speeders and X34s as people will want one of each in their datapad ( I know I do ) then sales should slow a bit and pick up and stay steady once (if ever) they fix the shuttle bug.

The 'port bug allows a vehicle to be repaired to full condition at no cost. Any further details and I'd be telling you how to cheat.
