Thread: Power-Up Type (Reduced Speed/Reduced HAMs)

I'm trying to find some powerup for my carbine, Idealy reduced speed and reduced HAMs. Which type of power-up will have the best chance of producing that type. I have Artisan 4444 and am willing to make them myself, but don't want to waste my time crafting 100 Muzzles to findo ut Muzzles don't reduce speed (example).
So Fellow artisans, Please list here What you crafted, with what mods you got.
Example
Muzzle - Max Damage +ABC%/ reduces Speed +XYZ%

Excellend guide available at http://swg.allakhazam.com/db/guides.html?guide=119. But the short answer is Hair-Triggered Grip of Recoil Deadening is you best bet. This will maximize Attack Speed (-33%)and Health Specialcosts (-16%). Another option would be Reactive Stock of Loading. This will maximize Health Special costs (-33%)and Attack Speed (-16%).
