Does making vehicles, droid components, and Vehicle Customization Kits support having all those points tied up in Master Artisian? I heard the vehicle repair bug has been fixed, if so how does this affect sales now that bikes aren't so easily repaired?
On a side note, how would Master Artisian's feel if they could craft a Vehicle Repair Kit?

I guess it depends on your own personal view whether you think its worth it or not. Some people think a million credits is alot some think its change. Its all relative.
My own personal experience with Master Artisan is that I don't make lots and lots of cash from items but enough to fund a fleet of harvesters. Which is where the bulk of my income comes from.
I sell the old customization kit, seems no one can be bothered with these anymore and I see less and less colored vehicles around.
As far as a vehicle repair kit, I'd like to see that, it would be another item we could sell and another way to increase our revenue.

I have noticed that painting your speeder doesn't last all that long. Maybe if they increased duration and added some decals that could be painted, demand would increase. Maybe even small changes to vehicle like different direction fins or handle bars would increase popularity.
But until a surverying of 1024m at master comes in, there just still isnt a real reason to keep it up.

Yes I'd like to see vehicle customization that included body work so I could make mine look like a Skoda.

I think artisans could prolly make more selling resources than any of these items. That's just my opinion.

I think vehicles should be customizable in the manufacturing process. Like different styles of handbars, thrusters, body styles for all three vehicles, that would be cool, and with the different combinations, it'd be one a lot easier to find which bike is yours when you're out hunting with a group. And maybe a way so that when a vehicle is made, that the creator of it can change it's color palette and this customization does not go away. Any thoughts?

Master Artisan is a waste of skill points if you ask me. I have it, but aside from crafting my own vehicles it's worthless, especially since they screwed up when they created vehicles. Players might be willing to pay more for a 95% vehicle, but deeds give no information whatsover on what the quality of the vehicle is, so there's no opportunity to distinguish a crappy vehiclefrom a good one and they have become commodities such that it's no longer practical to try and craft a good one as you'd be better off selling the resources since you could make more money that way. If Master Artisan enhanced abilities of the elite crafting professions that branch off from it then it might be worthwhile but as it is it's a joke. You dont' get any crafting/experimentation bonus, you don't get any additonal dom arts items, you don't get any additional survey skills, no enhanced business abilities either.

Don't forget that Master Artisan also makes six components that are needed by other elite crafting professions. You can either sell these by the crate or make and trade the schematics.
If you are doing any kind of dual elite crafter (Tailor/AS, Arch/DE, WS/Merch etc) it is probably worth throwing in Master Artisan since you already have half the columns. It's also a good side profession for something like Politician, where you have a lot of skill points tied up but you'd still like to be able to make some money.
Will MArt ever be the path to becoming the richest player in the game? I doubt it. But it's worth having.

Only reason I keep master artisan is because I am also working my way up through droid engineer. If I didn't need those last few schematics you get with MA, I'd drop it in favor of some fighting skills.

Also, if you start counting two weeks after vehicles came out, I have sold three and given away one speederbike, and that's the extent of the number of vehicles I have produced. I have never made a customization kit. Can't justify putting all that effort into something that is temporary.
