How can you do a survey macro with the interruptions such as "concentration found" or that other one? Doesnt that disrupt your surveying?
I dont have or use macros so I have no real experience. I do it the old way/

There are lost of differnt types out there for macros to use. The one I used and had good results with was as follows..
/survey;
/pause 120;
/sit;
/pause 60;
/stand;
/pause 3;
/ui action toolbarSlot12;
How to avoid those messages comming up is find a object that will hold down the "enter" key.. you will neevr get those messages as long as the 'enter" key is held down by that object while running the macro.

One better is to sit like 2 seconds after the sample command and wait the required time between samples. Then stand and sample again. This way you get maximum regen (sitting of course gets biggest regen bonus) if stats aren't migrated to action or you didn't get a buff. By sitting then standing, the message window that pops up is bypassed and xp will be awarded. Just close all the windows when done.

Following on from the sit/stand macro which is mentioned in multiple places in the forums... it's also useful to have scout skills as if you stay in a camp with the chair as your target when the macro does the /sit command you will sit in the chair each time, which eliminates the movement that can occur if you r character just sit/stands repeatedly.

Until the camp auto-disbands around an hour later. I ran my macro in Coronet, next to the Artisan trainer with the wall to my back-right. I did not do any drifiting ![]()
