Thread: Does resource quality & experimentation matter for artisan components (control unit, gp module, etc)

About to make some imperial PSGs, and need to make sure that the quality of the artisan components doesn't matter. Do they ever matter for any other items?

Varies depending on the object you are making. Some of the objects require the components to be of the highest quality to get a high quality result (eg Crafting Stations) while others make no difference at all (Vehicle Customization Kits).
Unless someone else already has, the only way you are going to find out is by experimentation.
