Evening Everyone! I've been doing this crafting thing for a while now, but one thing I havent realy been able to figure out it the resource shifting. It seems to be aboutevery fortnightor so that resousources shift on a planet, maybe 10 days or so. I can deal wiht that. what I am currious on, is weather or not there are set resources that cycle between planets, or if each planet has its one set of resources that shift around. I understand that you wont find Nabooian Fiberplast on Correlia, but as far as the specific resource name; If it shifts off Tat, might I find it on Talus, or another planet?
Another question I have, is how can I calculate the time a factory takes to make a single unit? Is it tied to the number of resources needed? the complexity of the object? a combination of the 2?
Any help would be handy.
Thanks y'all

You might or you might not. Resources do sometimes spawn on multiple planets at once. They typically shift in at the same time, but their shift out times might be different by as much as a couple of days. So yes, if something shifts off of Tatooine, you might find it on Talus or some other planet.
www.swgcraft.com is a good website to check. How often it's updated is really just dependant on which server you're on and how actively people strive to maintain it. Anyone can register and update the resource database and I always recommend that people do so whenever they're out surveying.

It's based on the complexity of the object. If you pay attention as you experiment you'll notice that an item's complexity increases the more you experiment on it; ergo its factory time per unit also increases. As far as how to calculate it goes, I honestly have no idea. Just examine your factory once you've started it up and it will tell you how many seconds it will take per item. From there you can do the simple multiplication to figure out exactly how long the entire run will take.

And for some reason, I handnt made the connection with the crft time listed on the factory.... *shrug*
Thank all together Opjarrett

it used to be 8sectime complex of the item..
so if an item have complex of 10 it takes 80sec to make in an factory
if am an not totaly mistaken

It is still 8 seconds.
The final complexity of the item will be the same as the complexity you see in the schematic plus 1 for every time you clicked to experiment. The more times you experiment in a schematic, the longer a factory run will take.
I've never seen a resource come back once it has despawned. There are some resources that will appear on multiple planets at once but I don't think that's what you're were referring to.
