So this question may seem dumb to alot of people, but what is the combination of tool and public crafting device i need to use to make swoops or speeder bikes?

WDG crafting tool, WDG Crafting station

You need to be a master artisan and use a weapon, droid, and general item crafting tool.
As with all crafting stations, match the tool to the station. In this case you would use a WDG crafting station, too.
