Im making a 1000 use schematic of a component. Ill end up with 40 crates which will fit into the input hopper of a factory while I make another product which usesthis componentas an ingredient. Can the factory be run like this? Since the input hopper is 100 items then I cant uncrate 1000components into it.

So Ive tried this and the factory is not running it wastes 30 units of resource and stops running. I made a schematic where the component was made in prototype form not from a crate.

The factory does indeed use factory crates for componant parts

You must make the schem for 'final' product with item from the crates you will be useing though

Any single creation item will not carry the same serial # as a factoried one, which is what the schematic will call from.
