Before going to bed last night I did a final check on my harvesters to make sure they were in tip-top shape, every morning I'll put enough in the maintenance/power pools so they will last for at least a day and a half should anything come up and I wouldn't be there to check on them. Now, after I got up to check on them this morning (around 11 hours after checking them, and they had 20+ on their pools) and I had to REPAIR them.. 830 credits each x6 plus MORE money for the further maintenance of them. Not only that but I lost out on well over 8k resources, which would have ammounted to around 20k credits on the bazaar (give or take).

Does this happen to anyone else? You find that the maintenance pool on your harvester just disappeared overnight and you're forced to repair it?

Yes yes yes! Last night I checked ALL my harvesters before going to bed. This morning before work I logged on and checked the nearest 2 to where I had logged out. Before going to bed, I made sure each of them had roughly 24 hours maintenance. When I got up this morning, one had about 18 hours, and the other had about 22 minutes!!!! I was incredibly happy I had logged on, but I have this feeling of dread since I was not able to check the other 2 wind harvesters I have, or any of my mineral harvesters.

Happens to me everytime they bring down servers, it acts as if it werre down for a day instead of 1-2 hours. My pool is greatly reduced

I asked if I would receive compensation, and I even listed the accurate credit total that I lost, but he only responded with "I appologize for any inconvienence this may have caused you..." So it doesn't look like it.

I have seen an average of 7 hour slip in a 24hour period. In short time frames (4-5 hours) everything seems to be right on the nose. Some days I will check and see a 2 hour slip on others 10hr slip. I have not had the expirence that has been mentioned in this thread of losing 24hrs though, so if I pay for a day and a half I usually am ok.

AHHHHHH!!! So I am NOT dreaming! That happened to me last night in two of my Harvest fields! I have been putting in 1 day and 4 hours worth religiously, into all of my Harvesters. When I got to my steel extracting Harvesters they related that they were all needed repairs in varying amounts and my resources in the hoppers were gone! I went to my Fiberplast Harvesters and the same thing had happened to them! These babies are on an incredible 98% vein and I was looking forward to seeing some very full hoppers and they had all disappeared! My immediate reaction was that somehow I had forgotten to turn them on and how stupid I had been.Reading the posts here triggered in my memory that when I had serviced them the previous night, they had been running and I had never turned them off!

So would we definatelyconsider this a bug? Should it be something that we write a CS ticket on? I have had good luck with CS ticket reports. I regained a missing lot and 4 missing Harvesters from the Bazaar. Don't know if they would give us missing resources since we don't exactly how much was lost, but at least it could get fixed.

Well as for fiberplast, I discovered this morning that my 96% vein of Corellian fiberplast had dried up, and so my harvester had been running dry about half the night. The weird thing is, I had a new 96% vein ofa new fiberplast available. Is that normal, for a material to stay in the same place, just switch to a different type?

I discovered the same thing. An identical vein just different name of ore.

I guess the developers just want to make us crafter/miners well rounded individuals. I spend all my time these days running missions to pay for the dissapearing maint. fees. I guess they just want us to help control the population of Gubers and Paralops??

Glad I'm not the only one, I filed a CSR ticket and he said this is a known issue and they are working to fix it, I sure hope it's soon.

Yeah, they're working on it, meanwhile my generators are grinding themselves into dust for the 8 hours I'm at work and have no way to replace them. Any word on whether they'll compensate? HAH!
