Do resources of the same name (not type) always have the same attributes (quality, shock resistance, etc)? Or when the resources change location, do the stats on it change also?

It is my understanding that same name=same attributes. However, I am not sure if once a resource shifts if it will EVER come back, or if every new resource is unique. It might take months to find the answer to this - unless there's a Dev out there who wants to shine some light on the issue.

One test might be to check and see if there are any identical resource between galaxies, if there are, I would be inclined to think that they are coming off of a set list of resources, instead of being randomly generated by the server.
