Has this ever happened to anyone?

I bought a private weapon/droid/general crafting station today and set it up in my house. Saw the bit in the description about the input hopper and thought it was a great idea to store some resources there to clear bank space.

I dragged almost all my resources into the hopper window in the crafting tool window.. and they didn't show up. Totally absent. Tried "open input hopper" on both my w/d/g tools, nothing. After a while, even the Input Hopper button was missing from the crafting tool window.

I really don't wanna say goodbye to that 115 units of Ifykayan steel... :/

Yes, I made a CS ticket for it. That, and the fact that a bunch of furniture I bought for that house disappeared from my inventory after I took the shuttle back to Mos Espa from Bestine...

If it helps, the EXACT same thing happened to me, except that I put in about 80k worth of supplies. I am assuming that this is a known bug and will be fixed? Anyone have any information?

Bump - Has anyone else had this problem? I created a Trouble Ticket Sunday night and I checked on it this morning and my trouble ticket had been deleted. Any clues?

I submitted a ticket. Response said to bug it. Now my crafting station no longer has an "Input hopper" section.

Lost 20k Copper last night. Jeesh do I feel like an idiot for not checking here first....

It's pretty sad when you need to search forums so frequently before you can do something which looks so painfully obvious, only to get skrued. Anyone get a response on this issue? I'm sure they won't have the decency to restore my lost resources, just like they don't have the common sense to simply disable the input hopper if it's broken....

Bump - I hope that the Devs or the Artisan consultant can give us a clue about this. This sucks, I lost ALL of my medical crafting supplies. I had like 80-100k worth of materials! Can we get a response?

I put in a help ticket on thsi also and bugged it. While I have not had the problem Iam trying to find some answers.

I have had this problem. I lost about 2k Copper, 2k Steel and 1k Ore. I put in a ticket, and they replied after a week, and they said that it was a known issue that will be fixed and that I would be reimbursed within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I never was reimbursed, but they do know about the problem, so that is good.

I've written back-and-forth with the CSR in game using the Trouble Tickets. I haven't gotten a valid response as of yet. I filed a bug report, no communication or update from that. My resources are all gone (assuming they are STILL in the Imput Hopper that I can't access) and I'm getting a little annoyed.

Have you been able to find out anything Jasarina? I'm dying to know some news. I'm debating on whether I need to start up some new harvesters (I really don't want to do that) or what...

I wouldn't mind this resolved either... I'm getting tired of all these resource crates on the floor.

Rule of thumb dont store anything in anything but your bank or personal inventory, backpacks seem to be safe as well. Driod storage disappears when you store the driod, and there is some bug about setting your stuff on the ground and people buying stuff out of your vendors and getting it all.

No, your post was very clear! Everything you've listed has happened to me or at my house at one point or another.

My personal Weapon, Droid, General Crafting station's hopper won't work at all... at first I thought maybe the architect didn't build one into it but now I know what's up. Thanks for clarifying that issue for me!!

I bought some armor off of someone's vendor the other night and when I got off a shuttle, I was running barefoot down the hall. No response yet from the devs on that CSR ticket. I also bugged it, btw. I think there's something wrong with the way the database records stuff when we pick it up from other people's vendors or the bazaar. On days with horribly low bandwidth, I've noticed that sometimes when I put something into the bazaar, it doesn't leave my inventory. When I try to post it to the bazaar it says "Item is already up for sale" but when I try to move it or do anything with it, it says "Invalid selection". The work around for this bug, I've found is that if you remove it from your bazaar sales and retrieve it, it clears the bug up so you can actually sell it. You loose 20 credits that way but at least you don't sell someone a "ghost" item.

On the flip side, I think on days of low bandwidth the same rings true. When you go to pick up an item from the vendor or the bazaar unit it gets half transferred or something. It looks like it's in your inventory and you can equip but when you log or take a shuttle, it goes "poof".

I'm puzzled at best. Anyone think I'm totally off base here... or has the same thing happened to anyone else?
