Thread: How about this idea ?
Sitting here trolling through the various posts, I couldn't help but notice the amount of Artisans complaining about grinding/cash flow. We've all been there at one time or another...
So, here is my idea...sort of a rip-off from a MMORPG that I used to play:
I came to this game from Ultima Online. In Ultima, tailors and smiths had Bulk Order Deeds. The idea was a good one, but was executed poorly. At any rate, the way they worked...You would craft an item (i.e. a shirt or sword or whatever) and submit the item to a NPC vendor. If your skill was high enough the NPC would offer you a Bulk Order Deed. The deed's wording was something like "make xxxx number of shirts". When you make the item, you click a button on the deed and fill the order. The order you were given never exceeded your level of skill. Once the order was completely filled, you'd return to the vendor and give it to him. The NPC would then give you money and an item for your time and troubles.
Like I said.....Great idea. I really think this would help out the lower level Artisan because it would allow them to grind for much needed xp and be able to turn that grinding into some much needed cash. Or we can stick with the current method of grinding and flooding the market w/useless stuff![]()
What do you think ???
