Has anybody else noticed this?

It looks like adding the (expensive!) optional components to an Armor Repair Tool or Weapon Repair Tool makes absolutely no difference to the final result.

Presumably a bug... but it's stealing business opportunties away from the Master Artisans and Droid Engineers who make those optional components!

After the devs fix our factories and vendors could we possibly put this bug on the weekly correspondant list? Master Artisans and Droid Engineers have so few opportunities to make money in this game! This bug just slams another door.
