This linehas begunappearing in the stats for powerups I make. What does it mean?
This has got to be about the least descriptive line I have seen in a while. "All your base are belong to us."

When using a weapon special attacks costs an amount of Health, Action, and Mind. This stat on your powerup (pup) is a modifier to the penalty to Action for using special attacks. A positive modifier does actually decrease the penalty, which is what you want.

^^^ What he said
This, along with speed increase is my favorite. I am a rifleman using a spray stick. Without the pup wpn attack cost action, I can't afford to use my special attacks. With this I can spam them for the beginning of a fight w/o too seriously depleting my Mind pool.
Would be different, I suppose if I were a pistoleer with enhancements, but we all have different needs. ![]()
For me, damage is overrated.

Thanks. That's what I thought. This modifier used to be called something different, didn't it? Something like "special move action cost."

Yeah it did but that was confusing people who were apparently thinking they had made a powerups to ADD actual cost to the moves.
