Maybe this has been asked or covered before, but since we don't have a search on this board, I'm just going ot ask it.

Are we allowed to design our *own* object anytime in the game, or do we always have to simply pick from pre-determined objects. Like clothes, weapons, houses, etc.

I think the game would really be amazing if I could actually import textures, and use some sort of tool to create custom clothes that looked like *I* wanted, instead of picking from a list of predetermined objects. The game would really open up as far as having character look unique, and it would make the Artisan profession a lot more interesting!

No, we can only build items that the devs have included. We can experiment to adjust properties and some things can be customized, such as colors of clothes.

btw, there is a search, it is located at the bottom of the page.

Shoot! SO THERE IS

So, are there any PLANS to allow us this capability? Or would it just be a pipe dream?

Am I the only one that thinks it would rock to be able to make jackets with PA insignias or designer "signatures" or guns with specific looks that make them clearly identifiable to the artist that made them?

Since the patch I've been making D18s in a wide variety of looks. You're still limited, but now each component of the weapon has a selection of styles, and they retain these styles when you make a gun out of them. So I've got a D18 with a silver scope and a barrel that's shaped like those Muzzle weapon powerups
