Thread: Are All Resources Created Equal?

Does a specific resource (for example Hotai) have the same characteristics anywhere it is found (on the same planet)? In other words, are its Overall Quality, Malleability, etc. the same, with only the efficiency (concentration) differing from location to location?

A specific type on resource is the same galaxy wide.
