I haven't played in almost 2 weeks... I'm a Master Surveyor and I attempted a survey mission to find somemetal with an effeciency of 70. I can't seem to find the "mission giver" listed but I did find a metal deposit of 71% within what I figure 512m... Nothing is happening... I must be out of it. Thanks.

The mission giver isn't a person, that is quite misleading about it. The "mission giver" is merely a set of coordinates from which the 512m rule applies.

To complete a survey mission, you have to stand at a spot of the required percentage of the required resource, and then survey for that resource. You'll then complete the mission right away.

So, in short, there is no start or end NPC person or whatever, it's just standing and surveying one time on the given spot to complete the mission.

So grab two 70% metal missions, then start surveying. Find a spot with 70% of that metal and then get two more 70% metal missions, and just return to your last survey waypoint and survey again, rinse repeat Do it as many times as you can cos it will be nerfed soon
