Thread: Why should I make a Stock instead of a coupler?
I used to think higher complexity==more XP, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
First of all, complexity is not a factor in XP, not that I've ever seen. Every thing I make is 2x the resources for XP.
Second of all I don't make ANY couplers. The reason is that you can now make things in a factory, making it easy to choose primaries AND secondaries.
The problem with couplers is that they don't give desirable secondaries, only primaries. So which are you going to choose, a coupler with +30% max damage and +15% mind cost or a muzzle with +30% max damage and +15% min damage, or a grip with +30% speed and +15% min damage, or a scope with +30% min damage and +15% speed?
Before the patch couplers were the only things worth making. If you're making them by hand, they're still the way to go. If you have a factory though, there are better things out there.
I take it you need an equipment factory for this.
About how much to buy a deed for one?
