Useing Droid and weapons and generic crafter, and same Personal crafting station in my house. I get no chance to make a schemic?? What dumb thing am I doing wrong?

If you are using a Droid / Weapon / Generic tool & station then you should see a dialog with these 3 options: "Experiment, Create Prototype, Create Manufacturing Schematic"

If you can't experiment you can't make a schematic.

Dumb solution, let servers repatch, all well now.

Sometimes the presence of multiple crafting stations block one another out. Be sure you don't have a droid w/station present when you're at your house station. Also be sure the item youre trying to make a schematic for matches the station you're beside.

There was a time when a fellah walked into my shop with his droid and suddenly I couldn't experiment.
