Can a non-Artisan use a harvester to mine resources?

If so what does one go for?

And if this is not true, could youtell me its not.

Yes, anyone can put a harvester down and use it...

But only artisan's can survay to find a good "%" spot to place the harvester, a non artisan just has to guess...

Normal mineral extractors are ground for exp and flood the bazaar around 400-600 for each but you want to examine the deed and find out its base extraction rate, its worth paying alot more for one with 4 as the cheaper ones normally extract at 1 so yours will be 4 times nore efficent at its job

you might think why pay 2-3k for a 4 Base extraction one when i could pay 300 x4 = 1.2k for 4 with 1 extraction but you`ll be using 4 times the power in that case
