Any other Artisans think that 2 metals don't makeith a vehicle??

Does the vehicle not have other things. Leather or cloth for seating. Copper or Alum for electrical etc?

They just want 2 chunks of steel???

Why the complex resources?

Why crafting stations?

Why different kind of crafting tools?

WHY WHY WHY? This is too simple compared to how crafting works and other schematics.

What a joke.. A firewore type 1 and a grende are more complex.

however within the grand scheme of things these are just the first baby steps into a whole new profession. Who knows, when the vehicle engineer sees the light of day and can create a T-16 skyhopper, he may need to get about 150 units of leather for the interior, 200 units of fiberplast to make the dashboard hula girl, you can go on and on with just a lot of stuff to put into vehicles... but in all reality when you release the equivelent of the star wars bicycle, you gotta keep it kinda simple.

These are just the first 3 vehicles. They are the CDEFs of the vehicle world. Something simple to get vehicles in to the game before the end of the year. And the 2 different metals do include ferrous and non ferrous, so you DO have the aluminum and or copper for the electrical wiring. They pushed in something very basic so that all the promised features that were delayed from the original release could be in before the beginning of the new year.

Title - Help find resource for swoop bike.

The details of the misson were to find some resources to fixa part of the swoop bike and that resource was Crystaline Gemstones.

Reading TH's response on this isssue (in the stickied thread called "Official Vehicle Info") I look at this way. We get a market for bikes now, SOE gets bikes into the game as fast as they can, players get bikes to um, play with. And then, all the changes to the bikes functionality will get added in 2-3 months time. Meaning we get to sell bikes all over again. Seems to be a good deal to me .

I think it's fine the way it is. If you have a problem with it, just pretend in your mind that all that metal is going in to make all the various parts of the vehicle. They just simply combined all the metal required ot make all those different parts into 2 slots is all.

They could have broken it down to 20 different slots in the schematic like they do some but then you would have to click 20 times on the metal. This makes it simple. Just group it all and you can pretend.

People whining because it's too easy are smoking some serious drugs.

I guess you think it's too easy to go to a car dealer with cash and buying a pre-built vehicle too huh? I guess you think you should have to buy the motor and the brakes and the seats and the body and the electronics, etc. all seperately huh?

No, instead you just make one payment of $$$ and you drive away. Bah, that's too simple.
