Sorry I didnt see this in the FAQ.


Does crafting tool/stating rating make any difference in the crafted item's quality? If so, is there a formula to find out its effect?

It only affects the risk of critical failures. Higher numbers = fewer failures. This was alluded to by TH in a responce to questions he posted on the DE forum.
