Hockay!!!
Lemme get this straight. So far to light a house, we only have torches. Some how we managed to get vehicles that hover yet for lights we are still lighting pieces of wood on fire and sticking them in our house to keep them well lit.
Does anyone see where I am going with this. How about making some form of Artisan craftable house light.Florescent roof light, wall lights, hell even a desk lamp would be nice. Just something that will replace the ever so caveman'ish torch. If I were on the beach and my house didn't have a roof...a lil' cabana if you woudl then the torchs would be great. However...with Spaceflight, Hovering vehicles and laser guns, me thinks torches are a bit lame.
Who's with me?

Im with ya, but I do like the sound of the torches, and the orange light. I think we should be able to put some kind of sound into the house, because my house on tatooine... all you hear is the creepy wind blowing.

There are "lights" other then torches, there are Lamps& streetlamps, Streetlamps are to tall and kinda stuped looking in a house but work great in a PA Hall, and the Lamps Don't accually light they just look like they can.

We HAVE house lights--- however the devs don't seem to be able to turn them on.
I'm so damn sick of the stupid smoky-ass torches.
You can use streetlamps but they only work at night (game time).
Or use the personal Cntrl+L light.

Actually, while I was reading up on the new loot, someone mentioned an item that did light up.
They were pretty vague about what it was, just listing a bunch of items for the new park and quest loot on Tat and Dath.
And I forgot to make note of what this item was and whereit was available. ![]()
But supposedly there is an item that lights up that could be used for house lighting.
Just think it's kind of funnyall the standing and desk lamps we have that don't turn on.

I don't find any problem with streetlamps in one story houses. I get compliments on mine all the time. Certainly would be nice if there was an 'on/off/auto' switch on them tho and also if the stupid free shanding lamp would light.
