Artisan Archive

Hey, I used a sitea while ago that was player updated - NOT swgresource centre (i believe) - this one im thinking of was totally different. Im wondering if anyone has links to these as Ive dropped artisan and would like to know wheni should hire a surveyor to go find me them hot spots for placing my harvesters.
