Well I built a harvester deed and tried to use it over the weekend but I havent been able to (says non-buildable area). I made sure I had left Mos Eisley (got the message telling me) but still couldnt build.

How do I know if I am in a buildable area? (do I just keep having to try and build) and does the area have to be flat (i.e. can I build on a hill slope)

Thanks

You have to be at least 1000 meters away from any city... that's quite a distance (about a 5-10 minute run). There are restrictions, but if you try to place it once you're at the correct distance it will bring up a screen that shows you valid (green) and invalid (red) squares as you move the unit over the terrain.

The only problem is most of the good spots have been found and taken already. Tis all good though.
