Artisan Archive

I just got Master Artisan earlyer today. I was attempting to make a schematic for a power conditioner and energy distributor. Both times it just skipped past the experimentaion/schematic phase and went right to the customization screen. Is this a bug, or is it impossible to create a schematic for these items?

If i am not wrong, I think you have to do the experiment/crafting in front of any Weapon Craft stations scattered around any town.

Ecotourists

I'm doing them infront of a crafting station. It gives me the option to experiment/create a schematic when I tried to craft anormal Weapon/Droid/General Item crafting tool(only other thing I tried), but not the power conditioner or energy distributor.
