is there a way to experiment to get weapon speed lower? none of the experimental options seem to effect it at all

I have noticed that the quality of the resources used has an effect on other non experimental factors. Just try to get the resources that fit your schematics the best.

Well, I would like to hear people's findings on what properties equate to what effects, like does a higher durabilty metal equate a lower weapon speed? Are these constant?

That's a good question. I'll have to research that as I craft and find out. =]

yes it lists on the side what % factors go into what stats, but that doesn't answer my question... is there anyway to lower the speed through experimentation

Experimenting for Damage also experiments weapon speed.
