I have one question and one question alone. I have finally made it and learned Engineering IV. Now I am on my way to Weaponsmith. Woo! Now that makes about 5,000 Weaponsmiths, I know, but that is what I want to do. Anyway, I just need to what the absolute best item is.

What is the best item that I can craft at this level that will grant me the absolute most General Crafting experience, so that I might be able to reach Weaponsmith sometime by the end of this month?

heavy axes = 70 gcxp

3 crafting kits x 3 axes x 60 seconds = 9 axes per minute = 540 per hour - 540 axes x 70 = 37800 GCXP an hour.
