Artisan Archive

Ok I don't know why this is happening, or maybe I just wasn't paying attention during my prior crafts, but now I'm not gaining any experience to my general crafting when I use the generic crafting tool...I'm pretty sure it had worked for me before because I got halfway through Business III from only crafting traps and camps, I know that's the truth because that's all I ever crafted before...now I get nothing! Anybody know if this is a new bug or am I just missing something?

Actually, they "fixed" the crafting of Traps & Tents. As Scouts make them, they now give Scouting XP (and Trapping/Survival XP respectively when used) instead of General Crafting XP. If you want to level up in Artisan, craft something you learned as an Artisan....

Yeah, tents were some of the best XP/resource in the game. Great for grinding to Master Artisan, except for getting enough bone & hide.

Oh, and so you're forwarned, they have "supposedly" also fixed Personal Harvesters so they now give you Genderal Crafting XP instead of Structural XP.
