Thread: Please, Please, Please fix the factory/power up problem.

This is affecting my business as well. The 3-4 repair kits sold/day isn't cutting it.
/bump
There has to be more people that this is seriously affecting.
As far as I know this problem was fixed yesterday morning, at least on Chilastra. All my factory powerups work.
Please note. The stats on the crate are blank, however, when you take a pup out of the crate, the stats show up on it fine and it works. So I think the only thing that is still screwy is just the crate stat label, but not the powerups themselves.
You just have to make sure and label your schematic with the stats, like +32spd/+15min dmg or whatever so you know what is in each crate.

Ok, I'm not trying to flame you man, but I just got through saying in my post that most of the time the power ups inside are labled just fine when you take them out.
The problem is that the crates themselves aren't labled and when you sell crates on a daily basis to customers like I do, your business shuts down when they can't tell what's inside the crates.
THIS HAS NOT BEEN FIXED!!!
And there are more people than me that are having to close up shop until it is and no one except us seems to care anything about it.
I just keep getting told "it's been fixed, read the patch notes" Well the patch notes are BS
Patch notes should read " Original problem has been fixed but in order to keep with SOE tradition, we've thrown in an even worse problem for you to deal with. Thank you for your patience"
Why don't you just add a description to your crates, while you wait for the patch that fixes this?

I'm sorry, what was I thinking?
I forgot the new attitude in this game is
"It's ok if it doesn't work like it's suppose to, just use this work-around to solve the problem, I mean sure it'll take even more of your game time having to do things you shouldn't have to do, but we'd hate for those poor devs to have to actually fix something. I mean it's not like they're getting paid to fix things, and it's not like we have to pay to play this game.......oh wait....I forgot, that's exactly what it's like."

Sooo... basically you rather shut down your shop, than to add a description to your crates, when you put them up for sell? You are not much of a merchant. I was happy that they fixed the factories, so that when you pulled out the powerup, the powerup was ok. Sure, the missing crate label sucks, but that isn't a reason for me to close down shop. I simply did what I already told you, wrote a description of the stats on my crates when putting them up for sale, and ended up grossing 60k yesterday. Go ahead an shut down your business, more customers for me, w00t!

All my crates are appropriately labelled. However, a large number of customers are walk-ins...hence, who's gonna trust a crate with no specs?
