this may have been addressed but, i am new and have not read the entire forum yet...

is it me or does it seem a bit odd that i can stand IN the lake or river and not be able to find any water... and i can stand among 10 trees and not find any wood?

i find is strange that the metals the places i search but, that i have touble with water and wood....

are the resources placed by the programers or is it random genereated with some kind of guid line?

and if they are placed, is there a guid somewhere yet that would help tell me where to search?
