Hi all, thanks for your advice. I'm a master smuggler and I would like to open a little spice/slice shop. I have never seen a vendor for sale before... Could you tell me if I have to be an artisan to have one? and if so, what level do I need? Thanks again

It would be interesting to know if anyone has received a "Skill-enhancing attachment" that adds to vendor skill. That would theoretically allow you to do it. The only nifty S-E-A I've gotten is a +X to "Structure Complexity". I haven't used it yet as I have no idea what such a skill would do (if anything) since it is not part of any tree that I can determine.
