What are the advantages of humans and mon calamari?

One of them supposedly gets more experimentation points.

Is the quantity of your experimentation point pool purely affected by your skill level?

Basically, I just want to know if my twilek gals on other servers will be able to craft as well as my human female. I don't want to put out inferior products.

Appears that humans have bonuses ONLY to artisan tree items, and mon cal just to a few elites?

If that's the case, my Twilek doc and Twilek Smuggler/AS to be will be happy.
