Just how long does it take for problems to be fixed? I paid 15k for a full set of armor two weeks ago, and when I opened the backpack up, it was EMPTY. I know it had 9/50 items in it when I viewed it on the vendor, but once purchased I got nothing.

I reported the problem as an "open ticket" and using /bug two weeks ago, and have gotten no response. Is this typical? I'm starting to believe that this game is unsupported.....

Unfortuanlly it does seem to take quite some time to have tickets answered. The CSRs work though the tickets as quickly as they can. I know its not what you want to hear but please try and be patient they will get to your ticket.

It sounds like you encounted some kinda lag issue when retrieving the backpack. I have had this happen before when putting backpacksin the bank. I try not to buy items in containers anymore.
