Thread: color names on things?

im the mayor of my city and im trying to decorate it up a little and i figured this is where id get an awnser. when you craft somthing can you make the name of the item be in color. im sure ive seen it before in the game but how is it done. i know how to do house and signs in color but items such as fountians and such im not sure. can this be done on items crafted?

That can't be done anymore.

Any items with color (except backpacks) are old and were crafted before they took it out.

You can do color in chat, so I'm guessing it can be done here also. I type '\#FF0000\ test in planet chat, and test is red. Try that when you name the house or item.

Works with houses and backpacks, not with items or spatial chat.

If you wanna fiddle, look up hex color coding.
