What is the max BER on personal haversters? How about wind power harvesters?

Max BER for personnal harvesters is 4 and the max ber for wind is 9.

Theoretica max is 5 for personal, and 10 for wind. At 99% or so it'll flip to 5, but you need 100% to make the wind flip to 10. This was only possible on crafting nerf day ( super tuesday). You can do it now if you have perfect resources ( theoretical only). I still have a schematic for BER 5 mineral harvestors ( with enough ore for about 60 more, urgh). I have 2 BER 5 chems left, and 1 BER 10 wind. ( On Kauri if anyone wants to see).


With decent resources you can make BER 4's, and 9's. The moment you flip over to 4/9, put the rest of your points into hopper size.
