it's a bit odd that I can use 1000 conductivity metal and only get 99% repair tools, yet I use 1000/992 resources and get perfect crafting tools. it just seems funny to me. I've seen 100% repair tools, and they must've been made on patch day, but not yeilding 100% from 100% on the stats is pathetic. anyway, not a huge deal, just thought I'd see if anyone has heard why this is?
