Thread: Possible crafting system errors when making AV-21s?

I created 7 AV-21 deeds today, and these are what I used.
+15.00 crafting tool
+45.00 crafting station
Steel with 998 SR
Aluminum with 898 SR
On 6 of the 7 crafts, the craft was a great success, and I was able to experiment up to 97% on the speeders (and I did).
On one of the crafts, I got an amazing success! However, the highest I was able to experiment was 89%.
Is an amazing success supposed to be worse than a great success? Has anyone else had this same problem?

Okay, let me rephrase:
Has anyone had a similar problem, where their maximum experimentation for an amazing success is less than their max experimentation for a great success (with all same resources, etc)?

Last night, I made my first and only AV-21 (for myself). And it came out at 97%. Phew! I was worried about a crit-fail on it. But all is well. Unfortunately I didn't pay attention to the success of the 3 experiments I ran on it, except that each was a favorable outcome.
