I have my 15.00 Crafting tool and my resources are 979 OQ for mineral and 959 OQ for my chemical.

What else do i need to do to make a good power up?

Oh Yah I am 4/4/4/4 in artison?

well, I say a crafting station so you can experiment on it and you are good to go.... just remember that your results will be random...
