I've been selling swoops over the past few days, making me some nice money. However, people keep asking what the HAM is on them. 1. I can't check it till the deed is made and 2. All my bikes HAMs seem to be the same.
I made some 75% swoops 91% swoops and 54% swoops, looked at them when readed and the HAM on all 3 is 30 (the number at the top) so why does everyone keep asking me what the HAM is on the bikes?

Just tell them the % and they should be happy. there is no way to see the HAM without generating the vehicle itself.

Here is a great reference for vehicles' hitpoints based on their experimentation percentage. After using it for awhile, the various percentages become familiar and you won't have to refer to the list nearly as much. Until then, I suggest printing it out and posting it somewhere near your computer.

Also, one of the last stages in making a bike, whether making a single unit or a production schematic, allows you to rename the bike (or schematic). I always put the experimentation % at the end of the name.
Example:
Swoop 96%
That way anyone can tell from the name; and you can tell one from another while you have multiple deeds in stock.
Of course, you can lie and put a high number of any schem. Assuming you are honest though, the renaming is appreciated by your customers. (You can be sure they will check the HAM against your stated percentage though, so don't "pad" it).
Cheers,
Martek

This works great for selling them for extra credits as well. I had some 92% speeders which I sold for 25k each and then I got a few amazing successes for about 95% speeders. Just for the heck of it I put those on my vendor for 30k and I sold every single one of the 95%'s long before the 92%'s.

It doesn't seem worthwhile to spend an extra 5k for less than a hundred hitpoints...but hey, if they're buying the things, who am I to judge.
